What is 1st-Perfume.com's return policy? |
If
you are displeased with an item you receive, you may return the item. The
item may be returned as long as it is in its original, unopened condition
within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. There are no exchanges
or refunds on any item that have been used. All returns that are open
or do not have the original packaging are subject to a fee, 15% of the
original cost of the item less the shipping and handeling. For any claims
on damaged items or other problems with your order please notify customer

call us at (212) 628-8083. Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST). 1stperfume.com reserves
the right whether or not to offer refunds. |

Q. I just placed my order and I did not receive an email order confirmation? |
When
you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation and
a summary of your order to print for your records. Your order has successfully been placed,
and we will email to confirm within the hour. If you do not receive an email confirmation within this time period,

Q. How to Return Items ? |
Securely cushioning the item(s) in a box included a note of valid reason for your return, also you must include your invoice number. Return your package
to: 1stPerfume.com Return Department, 2300 Marcus Ave Suite C, New Hyde Park, NY 11042 USA. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item, usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Please note that we only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of 1stPerfume.com error. All return policies apply. |

Q. What happens when an item I want is back ordered or out of stock? |
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you ordered is misplaced or damaged, we will immediately issue you a credit contacting you via email to inform you when we expect to receive your item in stock. At that time you may reorder. |

Q. What are Testers or Unboxed items? |
Testers and unboxed items are bottles of the fragrance sold at a percentage of the regular price. Fragrance companies always want to promote their products and will offer testers and unboxed items to help increase the sales of their fragrance. We buy testers and unboxed items in new and unused form, both in bulk quantity and at discounted prices. By doing this we can pass the savings on to you, our favored customers. Testers and unboxed item packaging varies depending on the manufacturers' preferences. Some testers and unboxed items may come packaged in plain boxes, with or without a cap. Some bottles may have Tester or Demonstration written on the bottle, but this in no way affects the quality of the fragrance. Purchasing a tester is a great way to enjoy the same exact fragrance at a price you will love! |

Q. Do you ship to Canada? |
Of course, we love our northern neighbors. We can ship via UPS / US Postal Service. Any customs duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery. Note: Currently we can only ship to Canada with prepaid bank transfer only. We apologize for any inconvenience. |
